The 0mlm network has many thousands of members adding content to their sites daily. This is either video content or text content. We use the digital millennium copyright act to handle complaints.

Under this action you can request the take down of material that you or your company own the copyright. If it's not your material please do not get involved as this can have very serious consequences under international law.

To serve a DMCA notice please download our PDF form and complete the details and fax it to +44(0)1926 771448. You must clearly state the location of the content on our servers and the link to the same content on your servers and include a link to a document showing you have legal ownership of the material.

Video content - special notice

Please note that we do not store any video content, our servers only store the unique code from a Youtube video. All video removals need to be done via Youtube. Please see the Youtube Copyright Centre for more details. This will ensure your video is removed from our site and all other sites in the world.

We have a very strict policy for illegal use of material. Any member reaching a total of 1 DMCA notices will have their accounts terminated. Please ensure all data you add to your sites in terms of text content is written by yourself and does not infringe a 3rd parties copyright.
